D.E.W.E.Y ("we," "us") operates d3w3y.com. This page explains what information the site collects and why, in plain language.
What we collect
- Newsletter signup. If you subscribe via the Connect tab, we collect your email address and share it with our email service provider (ConvertKit) solely to send you updates about releases, drops, and shows. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Admin authentication.d3w3y.com uses Clerk to authenticate the site's single administrator. If you are not the admin, Clerk sets no cookies for you and collects no data about you.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting and CDN providers (Cloudflare, Google Cloud) may log standard technical information (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and reliability, under their own privacy policies.
- No advertising trackers.We don't run ad pixels, third-party analytics trackers, or sell any data, ever.
Cookies
The only cookies this site sets are Clerk's authentication cookies, and only for a signed-in session (in practice, only the site admin). Public pages — Music, the blog, local events — set no cookies at all.

Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site grows (for example, when a shop or user accounts are added). Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
